A note from our other apprentices

The Society is currently supporting four apprentices with their Level 2 NVQ in Business Administration, including with our Finance team, Premises department and Customer Services.

Here’s what some of our recent recruits have to say!

Erin joined our Premises team back in June and has been finding out what it’s like to manage and support a growing and changing multi-site premises portfolio. Erin said, “I’ve found that undertaking my apprenticeship has been a really rewarding experience. I’m learning something new every day and no two days have been the same. I’ve met many amazing people within the Society so far and am looking forward to meeting more in the future.”

Jessica has spent the last 7 months as a Governance Apprentice and said, “I’m enjoying my apprenticeship at the Society. I’ve been welcomed with open arms and treated as part of the team. I’ve also been supported with not just my work but also my mental health. This made me feel very comfortable around the office and calmer in my position. Overall, this experience has been amazing.”
