FCA Announcement Regarding Mortgage Repayment Holidays

Following the UK Government’s recent announcement to tighten COVID-19 restrictions in England, the FCA announced its intention to provide further support for mortgage borrowers in relation to mortgage repayment holidays.

Further details are expected week commencing 9th November following the issue of FCA guidance to lenders. The Society will work to implement the confirmed changes as quickly as possible.

If you have a mortgage repayment holiday in place with the Society, we will contact you at the end of your payment holiday to provide you with options.
